This single family home in Millburn, NJ underwent a complete gut renovation from basement to second floor. The project included structural steel reinforcement in the basement, a fully finished basement with new concrete and waterproofing, an open concept first floor with all new joists and 3-1/4" red oak hardwood flooring, full plumbing replacement including main stack to PVC, new 200 amp electrical service throughout, and a complete second floor renovation with a bathroom addition.

3,000 Sq. Ft. Two-Family Full Gut Renovation — Kearny, NJ

This two-family home in Kearny, NJ was fully renovated across all three levels. The basement received new concrete, a new soil stack, underground plumbing for a bathroom addition, and a finished open concept living area.

The first floor was completely gutted and rebuilt as an open concept layout with a new master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bathroom built into what was previously a porch. The second floor received new laminate flooring, a renovated kitchen, a new bathroom addition, and updated finishes throughout.
